Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of NewsBolts, a service operated by Zacro Infotech Private Limited. By creating an account, joining a workspace, purchasing a plan, or using the service, the customer and authorized users agree to these Terms and applicable policies.
Eligibility and account registration
Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only where legally permitted. Customers are responsible for users they invite to their workspaces and for maintaining appropriate access when team roles change.
Workspaces and team accounts
A NewsBolts workspace may contain multiple users, publications, source configurations, editorial records, and connected services. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for assigning roles appropriately and maintaining authority to use any content, domain, integration, or data connected to the workspace.
User responsibilities and acceptable use
- Do not use NewsBolts for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or deceptive activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, tenant boundaries, security controls, source access restrictions, or payment controls.
- Do not use NewsBolts to access third-party content in violation of paywalls, access controls, provider terms, or applicable rights.
- Do not upload secrets, credentials, personal data, or third-party content unless you have authority to process it for the intended purpose.
AI-assisted newsroom features
NewsBolts may assist with research structuring, drafting, optimization, verification support, images, short-form video, and other newsroom tasks. AI-assisted output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unsuitable wording. NewsBolts does not warrant that AI output is always accurate, complete, non-infringing, legally compliant, or fit for publication.
Human editorial responsibility
NewsBolts is a Human-Governed AI Newsroom Operating System. Customers and their authorized editors remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, approving, and publishing content. Product controls may support evidence and approval workflows, but editorial accountability remains with the publisher.
Customer content and intellectual property
Customers retain rights they hold in their own content. The customer grants NewsBolts the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform, transmit, and display customer content for the purpose of providing the service. Customers remain responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient rights to content, media, data, and instructions they submit.
Third-party sources and external content
NewsBolts may identify or link to third-party sources. Availability through NewsBolts does not transfer ownership of third-party journalism, data, media, or intellectual property to the customer or NewsBolts. Customers must comply with applicable provider terms, licensing requirements, attribution rules, and access restrictions.
Publishing integrations
Connected CMS, analytics, search, social, cloud, or other third-party services remain governed by their own terms. Customers authorize NewsBolts to act on the connected service only to the extent necessary to perform requested operations. Customers are responsible for connection permissions and destination configuration.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid NewsBolts plans are prepaid. Pricing, quotas, websites, seats, and feature entitlements are shown on the Pricing page or in an applicable enterprise order form. Applicable taxes may be added. NewsBolts may use different payment providers for different billing countries or currencies.
Annual billing, automatic renewal, and cancellation
Annual plans are charged upfront and usage quotas reset monthly. Recurring subscriptions renew for the selected billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Passes and additional seats
One-Day and Weekly Passes provide time-limited, non-renewing access with stated quotas. Additional seats are available only on eligible plans. Seats share workspace quotas and do not independently increase article, image, website, or NTR allowances.
NTR Credits
NTR Credits are usage credits for News-to-Reels generation. One NTR Credit represents one second of generated video under the applicable product rules. Purchased credits expire according to the stated validity period and have no cash value except where required by law. Verified technical generation failures may restore the affected credit amount.
RevenueWire eligibility and campaign terms
Plan eligibility does not guarantee RevenueWire participation, campaign availability, revenue, or acceptance. Publisher verification, quality review, disclosures, campaign-specific terms, compliance requirements, and publisher choice may apply separately.
Service availability, security, and account responsibility
NewsBolts aims to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, legal requirements, abuse prevention, or force-majeure events may affect access. Customers are responsible for credential security, authorized-user management, and reasonable backup/export practices for business-critical workflows.
Suspension and termination
NewsBolts may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, material policy violations, abuse, or legal requirements. Enterprise agreements may contain additional notice and cure provisions.
Privacy and data processing
Personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Enterprise customers may require a data-processing agreement or additional contractual controls depending on the service configuration and applicable law.
Disclaimers and no guaranteed outcomes
NewsBolts does not guarantee Google or Bing indexing, search rankings, traffic, AI-answer visibility, lead-generation outcomes, advertiser demand, RevenueWire income, or commercial performance. Analytics and recommendations are decision-support tools, not promises of outcomes.
Limitation of liability and indemnification
The final production agreement should include liability limits and indemnification language appropriate to the contracting entity, jurisdictions, enterprise contracts, insurance coverage, and applicable mandatory law. These clauses should be finalized by qualified legal counsel rather than inferred from a website prototype.
Changes, governing law, disputes, and contact
NewsBolts may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes should be communicated appropriately.
